If you want solar, Ideal Solar is the place to go. Rob the sales guy was great and so helpful and still involved even after his part was finished. He was also the only person to actually come to our house and have a good look around rather than doing it online. The install team did a great efficient job. When it triggered some power outages in our house they sent several guys back straight away to fix it. And even when the issue wasn't due to the solar they still fixed it. The app to track your energy usage is wonderful and I'm always checking it. I highly recommend them for your solar needs.I'd just like to add that it was almost 2 years from when I first contacted them and got a quote to when I actually decided to to get solar. It was the interaction I had with Rob originally that prompted me to contact him when I finally got around to it. And he remembered me and details about my life when he came out to give me the updated quote. I'm a very happy customer!

The moment I contacted Ideal solar I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable about their products / brands they sell and endorse. This is a company you can trust who stand behind what they promise in particular their Power bill guarantee.Our system was installed in November 2022 they were prompt and the install was completed in a very professional manner. Unfortunately when our bill arrived months later is was disappointing to see what was promised the system didn’t deliver. After expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction to Ideal solar to have this rectified, I was told you have the Power bill guarantee in place so you have nothing to worry about. Andrew the owner personally called and set up an on-site appointment with us to discuss where things went wrong and honour what they promised moving forward. I can honestly say our system has been altered to achieve what was promised at NO EXTRA COST. Please don’t look at this as a negative, I am simply saying there is companies like Ideal solar who stand behind what they say they do, so as a consumer or potential consumer forget all the confusion with cheaper alternatives advertising on tv deal with a company you can trust and who value their customers. thanks to Ashleigh Dawson for visiting us and explaining Solar to my husband and myself, he was very thorough explaining it all to us and even helped us with chasing down the appropriate finance and discussed with head office & he managed to get the deal signed and delivered, so now its been nearly a week - we had our system installed today by Scott & his team and they were very punctual, polite, hard working in the heat of the day and managed to have everything installed and up and running in 5 1/2 hrs, shown & connected me to the app and run through the safety areas of the inverters. From the start of the process to the end was very friendly and professional. We enquired when ideal was set up at the local markets. We were impressed and set a date for Rob to visit our home. At the start when visited by Rob everything was explained thoroughly, even though we are not very tech savvy. All the paperwork was attended to by ideal. Installers arrived promptly at 8 on the date we selected. Very professional and friendly. At the end everything was explained to us and helped bring up the app on our phone which was extremely helpful. If we have any problems they are only a phone call away. Very happy so far.
