STEP 1. CONSULTATION AND DESIGN
We will review your power usage and base load usage, and tell you how much you can realistically save by going solar. We will consider your site and home orientation to design the optimal solution. We will provide options around financing if required.
STEP 2. APPLICATION AND AGREEMENTS
No convoluted agreements or sub-clauses. Fully transparent with plain English documentation.
Our Customer Service Managers will make sure that all grid applications requirements are taken care of. We book your installation day and explain the process.
STEP 3. INSTALLATION AND 3RD PARTY MONITORING
We keep you informed. On installation day, our team will have your solar panels up and going in 6-8 hours inclusive of installation of the monitoring device. Once we’re finished, we’ll show you how to use the system, and follow up during your first quarter. We provide as a standard, True 3rd Party Lifetime System Monitoring via an Australian technical analytics group, Solar Analytics. This ensures you and iDeal Solar are on top of your system’s performance with real-time power analytics, and not just a lip-service system monitoring promise.
